We do not use cookies to deliver advertising, and ROI products are ad-free. We do not sell personal information.
We do, however, use a third-party business-to-business visitor-identification service on our public marketing pages. Apollo.io's website tracker attempts to work out which company a visitor belongs to, so that our sales follow-up is relevant. It is not used to serve you ads, and it is not present on our login, registration, password-reset, email-verification, checkout, account-dashboard, subscriber-only or legal pages. It is a non-essential technology in the Analytics category and does not run at all unless you accept analytics cookies. Full detail is in the table and the third-party note below.
We also use ColdIQ Visitor ID on our public pages. ColdIQ works out which company, and in some cases which person, is visiting our site, so that our follow-up is relevant. It is not used to serve you ads, it receives no protected health information, and it never runs on our login, registration, password-reset, email-verification, checkout, account-dashboard, subscriber-only, or results pages. Until October 29, 2026, it waits until you accept analytics cookies. Starting October 29, 2026, it runs when a page loads for most visitors in the United States. It keeps waiting for your consent if your browser is set to a European, United Kingdom, or US Pacific time zone. If you choose Reject in the cookie banner or in Cookie Preferences, it stops and does not run again.

assets.apollo.io, reports page visits to aplo-evnt.com, and may load an identity script from Apollo's partner LiveIntent at d-code.liadm.com. It is a non-essential technology, it is blocked until you accept analytics cookies, and it is excluded from every authentication, account, checkout, subscriber-only and legal page on this site. coldiq.websitevisitors.ai, loads a data-partner script from data.processwebsitedata.com that reports to fe.sitedataprocessing.com, and, for visitors in the United States, may load an identity script from tag.prospectdesk.ai (served from tag.trovo-tag.com). Its optional on-page chat window is turned off for our site. It is a non-essential technology, and it is excluded from every authentication, account, checkout, subscriber-only, and results page on this site. When you first visit ROI, a cookie consent banner will appear allowing you to accept, decline, or customize non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page. As described above, starting October 29, 2026, ColdIQ Visitor ID may already be running when the banner first appears for visitors in most of the United States; choosing Reject stops it.

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, our platform does not currently alter its behavior in response to a DNT signal. We do not build behavioral advertising profiles and we do not sell personal information. Note that the Apollo.io visitor-identification service described above, and its identity partner LiveIntent, do operate across multiple websites in order to match a browser to an organization or to a hashed email identifier. If you do not want that, reject non-essential cookies — that blocks the tracker outright on this site — or use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. ColdIQ Visitor ID and its partners also operate across many websites. Choosing Reject stops it on this site, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is respected by ColdIQ's data partner.
