Module 1.1

Data Transformation Engine

Healthcare data rarely comes from one single source. This makes getting clean, reportable data a challenge. When each system uses different data formats, naming conventions, and structure, it results in fragmented data that leads to errors, lack of visibility and broken workflows.

This engine transforms data coming from each of your sources into a single standardized source of truth. Patient demographics, provider info, ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and encounter metadata all map to the same recognizable data field, regardless of their original source.

How It Works

Multi-Source Input, One Standardized Output

The engine reads HL7 messages from your source systems, each using its own format and field conventions, standardizes everything into a common schema, and delivers a clean, unified dataset ready for reporting and downstream workflows.

Fictitious patient names for illustration. Standardized fields match the engine's real output schema: separate first and last names, claim ID, ICD-10, CPT, full provider name, and NPI. Records are also available as supplemental CSV exports.
